The following leagues are active for club sign up now
2010-2011 State League Season I
2010-2011 State league Season II
2010-2011 Maricopa County League Season I (formerly OPEN League)
2010-2011 Maricopa County League Season II (formerly OPEN League).
All clubs must register into all four leagues by July 15th.
Team registration starts on July 15th.
Each club needs a club account in each league for their teams to register.
To register in the leagues follow below:
(2) Click club account
(3) input login and password. We do not have your login and password only you do.
(4) Click EVENTS
(5) Click SEARCH EVENTS
(6) Choose AZ and Leagues
(7) Select one of the league above.
(8) Follow prompts (scroll down below team list and sign up as club only.
(9) Exit and repeat until you have registered your club for all four leagues.
(10) Your club accounts are established for the entire year.
Once you club finishes these steps your club account will appear when your teams register into the leagues, each club must have a club account and each club must choose the correct club account.
Any team that registers without a club account link their application will be deleted.
It is the leagues expectation that all clubs participating in the leagues above will have their club accounts active by team registration on July 15th.
Fields.
After you finish above go back into your club account and choose FACILITIES.
(1) delete any fields you are not using
(2) add any new fields
(3) Select each field one by one
(4) on the right side will be a list of leagues the field is registered for. REMOVE the STATE LEAGUE Season I and II since we do not schedule on your home fields.
(5) Repeat with each facility until State League Season I and II are removed from all your fields.
(6) Choose a field and Click on Availably
(7) Click on the specific age groups that you want to play on a field. Leaving these boxes blank will make the field unavailable. Checking all boxes will make the field available for all age groups. Best to check (7 & 8), (9, 10, 11) or (12 and all above).
(8) Dates, input start and end date for field availability. End date should be a date after the league ends (NOT THE DATE THE LEAGUE ENDS) Choosing the date the league ends will make the field unavailable for the last league game.
(9) Season II end dates should be in 2011 not 2010.
(10) you can always go back in and add fields, delete fields or edit fields. If you add a field during the season you must do above or we cannot schedule on it.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this so all teams can register in mid July.
Other league deadlines regarding both leagues will follow later.
Club account login in: If you do not know your club login and password you must either contact Got Soccer so they can re-set it or establish a new club account. The league nor AYSA does not have this information.
Please make sure your teams do not register into any league until they receive instructions in July from the league.
If you are no longer the club contact, President, or DOC for the club and wish to be removed from the list please let me know, include your name and club. If your club has additions for this list or corrections, please forward to me.
