You will find an item on your renewal form that states that as of January 1st, 2009, you are required to comply with the Risk Management Program of the Arizona Youth Soccer Association (the program running this web site and for whom you referee).  Referees who do not follow this procedure may not be assigned games sanctioned by AYSA.
